Anglia Land Surveys were commissioned to undertake a full survey of the school to provide survey information within a full BIM environment to inform the master plan for proposed works over the next 20 year period. The survey was undertaken using laser scanning and drone technology coupled with traditional surveying techniques. A full 3D model of the site and buildings has been produced and will allow the master planning team to conduct their work more effectively and reducing site visits and costly revisions. It will allow the team to share this information with project managers,surveyors,architects and contractors who will be working on the project.
